Seeking Director's Assistant for an exciting contract opportunity in San Francisco. Director's Assistant must be proficient in MS Office and especially SRM applications (SAP). Ability to multi task and consistently meet deadlines is a must. Director's Assistant will support up to 3 directors and 20 staff members.Overview of responsibilities:- Calendering: Manage multiple complex calendars, schedule appointments and on/off site meetings for team, reserve conference rooms and set up audio and visual equipment for meetings.- Travel Arrangements: Manage all travel arrangements (obtain approval for travel plans, enter authorization requests in Concur, process expense reports.- Reporting & Documentation: Enter time reports into CATS, prepare documents, assist with presentations and preparing marketing materials. High level presentations may need to be created very last minute.- HR & Safety: Personnel Change Requests, Organizational Change Requests, new employee paperwork and onboarding, training programs, building service requests.- Correspondence: Write and edit correspondence and documents, handle phone calls for staff.Qualifications:- MS OFFICE- SAP, CONCUR, CATS, SHAREPOINT We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
