Job details - Programme Business Partner This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a key focus area of the bank, supporting the Finance Business Partner responsible for a large Transformation Programme by taking the lead on the end to end process and support for Programme costs (circa �200m) The programme business partner will work closely with Project Managers ensuring that the financial elements of the programme are tightly controlled. Forecasting and producing MI to senior management will be a key aspect of this role. This will include analysis, budget and forecasting reviews of individual projects, relationship management and project planning. The successful individual must be extremely analytically minded, have excellent interpersonal skills and have broad accountancy knowledge. You will have excellent Excel skills and have experience in setting up financial processes and staff management. Ideally this will have been within a project change environment involving IT change. Retail Banking experience, or Finance Business Partnering experience within an IT Change, Project Change or Finance Systems Transformation environment is highly desirable. This Programme Business Partner role is an immediate start contract position for 6 months with the option for extension. Candidates will need to be immediately available.
