Hi, I work in a call centre and have a years worth of call metric data I need to break down into categories and graph by week. Graph will have a value axis on the left hand side vertical, and the bottom axis will be weeks of the year. Source information is in a single excel sheet every week that shows 5 performance measures and repeats these for 11 categories in a single document so there are 52 source documents to get this weekly data from. (Example of 1 week attached) Of those I need to create a graph mapping the 5 performance measures weekly data out over a full 12 months. Should be a days work for someone to key the data entry and then make the graphs. Example attached - left column is categories, columns left to right are the measurable performance in each category. CATEGORIES ARE - 'All" Will be graphing the weekly information on row 57 "Projects" Will be the average for results covering Row 32 to row 36 "Customer Service" Will be the average for results covering Row 41 and rows 37 through to row 40 "AS&S Sanitaryware" Will be the average for results covering Row 42 and rows 44 through to row 48 "AS&S TapwareSanitary" Will be the average for results covering Row 43 and rows 49 through to row 52 "AS&S Total" Will be the average for results covering Row 42 to row 52 "Technical K&L" Will be row 53 "Technical Tapware" Will be row 54 "Technical Sanitaryware" will be row 55 "Technical" Will be the average for results covering Row 53 to row 55 "Starion" will be row 56 PERFORMANCE MEASURES NEEDED GRAPHED FOR EACH CATEGORY ARE- From left to right. Items 4 & 5 can be on the same graph, which means there will be a total of 44 graphs required overall. (11 categories, 4 graphs each) 1. Calls offered (Row B) 2. Average Speed of Answer (Row E) 3. Max Wait time (Row G) 4. % abandon (Row D) 5. % Grade of Service (Row J) I want this made into a dashboard type display so I can add the new weekly data each week and have it included in the graphs automatically. Alternatively there is ongoing daily work to maintain this reporting for me and other dashboards.
