We currently sell international mobile topup This is my competitor . This is what's needed We will need two sites one for resellers and one for customers. I will need a backend system built that can handle multiple API from different providers which covers different countries for international mobile topupThe system will have to have a fail over so if one provider goes down the system can reroute the topup thru another provider.The backend would have an exchange rate and commission rate functionality. The reseller web portal would consist of a way for the reseller to send multiple topup at one time and the ability for the confirmation to be sent via text message.They would also see there commission for various countries and how much they have made and a way for the system to generate bills daily weekly biweekly and monthly the customer should be able to log into the website and send mobile topup to all countries the web portal for the customer would be a simple login with their mobile number and or email address they would be have the ability to pay with credit card or PayPal the system will also have an asterisk component to it where we sell cards at the store the customer would call a toll free number enter their pin and the phone number they want to send the topup to and the system would interact with the backend system and process the topup I will have need an android app and iphone app for this aswell Desired Skills: Asterisk PHP Database Keywords: System Administration, Asterisk, PHP, Database
