Real Estate & Property Management company is in need of someone to assist me with my finances as a whole- In particular- bookeeping and educating and assisting me on laws and what not to do and how to keep my records clean. I would like to spend more time developing my business and less time winging it on the financial end. I use Quickbooks mainly for writing checks, but I do not track income and expenses in QB. I allso use property mangement software that has the ability to export to QB, but I am clueless as how to do this also. I need someone to help me to stop operating under chaos and grouping everything and to sort my records via QB, my software, and bank statements swo that I can begin operating properly.
