Tech Coord/Technical Lead Charlotte, NC Technical Coordinator/Technical Lead CCCi has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Coordinator/Technical Lead with our Largest Energy client in the Charlotte Area. This candidate will work directly with the project manager in a technical lead role. Client needs candidates with solid Technical Application Development backgrounds. This is not a QA/Testing role, MUST have the Application Development background and have recently moved into a Lead role Technical Coordinator/Technical Lead Responsibilities: ¾ He/she will be responsible for determining issue tracking mechanism, testing plans, ensuring requirements ¾ Responsible that other project artifacts are: documented, environment setup ¾ Work with designers and system/data architects to develop plans, track change requests, develop implementation and transition to support plans, coordinate migration of code and code reviews ¾ Reviewing technical analysis documentation, establishing technical analysis plans, defining high level testing strategies ¾ Managing development deliverables and tracking project change requests also needed ¾ Knowledge of SOX compliance and experience with planning implementations necessary Technical Coordinator/Technical Lead Required Skills: ¾ Experience in Java development environments, C#.NET, Changeman DS, Windows and UNIX servers ¾ Oracle and SQL server environments, Citrix, Enterprise Architect, Spring and Hibernate needed. ¾ Self-motivated and self-directed ? someone who will go find out what is needed and who needs to help ¾ Good interpersonal skills, good facilitation skills, and experience working with a diverse team.
