Technical: The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of standard implementation and industry solution projects throughout the lifecycle from project initiation to go-live and support; Leverage relationships with customer middle management and process owners; Ensure proper use of SAP methodology, tools and procedures; Ensure project success (budgets, schedule, quality and business value); Manage and mitigate project risks; Perform project management coaching to project team members; Provide leadership and give guidance to the project team; Report to the steering committee and program management (if present); Control project performance.
