Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: We are seeking a full-time, self-motivated iLOG developer with a minimum of 5 years experience in providing rules engine based solutions. The iLOG developer will be responsible for the end to end application integration strategy across a large healthcare enterprise. Follow the standards, processes and structure to manage rules development Work with the development team in integrating the JRules rules engine with the core transactional system Define Rules methodology, templates, lifecycle, standards Rule grouping into packages Rule authoring in iLOG Define decision table Verify if business terms are part of the logical data model Rule validation using scenario manager Rule project creation and rule development iLOG customization Required To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: Must have 9 to 12 years of IT experience on a variety of platforms and technologies At least 2 to 4 years experience with building n-Tier/SOA/J2EE business applications with rules engine (iLog JRules with WebSphere preferred) At least 2 years of experience in developing and implementing complex rules using iLog JRules Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant industry experience required. Experience with functional testing using iLOG Rule Scenario Manager, SOAP UI Experience with rules deployed and implementation as decision services Proven track-record of participating in development of large, complex, transaction oriented, mission critical business systems with rules engine Strong written and oral communications skills Must be self-motivated with the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal direction. Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
