Handle Recruitment is looking for a customer service professional to join a music collects society within the Registrations, Queries and Claims department. The company serve a very important role within the industry enabling their member's to maximise on revenue through license payments. The department focuses on providing customer service to record companies and performers enabling them to maximise their revenues on the air play of their recorded music. Responsibilities: *Liaising with members via the phone and email *Processing and monitoring member registrations *Actioning members claims accurately *Logging all queries and member updates *Amending music track information when relevant *Conducting member mailouts *Working within service level agreements Skills and Attributes: *Previous experience within a customer service and administration role *High level of computer literacy *Proficient user of databases *An understanding of the music industry *Strong communication skills *Good attention to detail *Team orientated. *Capable of working in a structured and process led environment For further information please get in touch with Amanda at Handle on 020 7569 9965.
