Our client is a not for profit organisation based in Swansea, due to recent changes in the way in which their payroll is processed a 12 month contracted position has become available. our client requires a part time experienced Payroll Assistant to work Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day. Our client is flexible with start and finish times, and also offers free on site parking. To be considered for this post you will essentially have good knowledge of payroll, HMRC regulations and have good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages i.e. word, excel, access and outlook. You must have good working initiative and self motivation to hit deadlines, you must be the type of worker that doesn't get flustered by working under pressure. Desirable you will have used Sage Payroll, Carval or a similar payroll system, possess a payroll qualification and have some accounts experience. This 12 Month assignment will start at in mid August - early September. Please only apply if you have the relevant payroll experience.
