Tasks: Advertise the property Show the property to potential tenants Screen applicants Be present day of tenant moves in to and record and verify condition of property Provide all tenant paperwork, including application and lease Collect the rent Deal with late payments, partial payments and non-payments Periodic inspections Coordinate emergency repairs Provide monthly accounting statements and reports to owners (using software provided) I realize most people don't live in Arizona.
