Your role as Job Club Employment Advisor will be to identify employment opportunities for the range of people referred to our provision from a variety of sources and support them into sustained employment. You will help determine realistic employment goals and identify their barriers to work. You will be pro active in approaching potential employers to secure work opportunities for customers and liaise with customers and employers to ensure sustained employment.
