TEKsystems is partnering with a local Fortune 500 company that is looking for a strong developer to become their SME on Sugar CRM. Currently, this group is looking to handle the implementation of this product. They have one more large implementation to accomplish and a number of enhancements to help integrate the product to the entire company's environment. This Developer would be responsible for the enhancements, new development and maintenance of the CRM. They would also have development responsibilities for other company systems after the CRM is implemented and will have the opportunity to become more acclimated with Java technologies as they move more into that specific development structure. Responsibilities: - Initial Implementation: overseeing initial implementation and receive training from CRM vendor professional service. - Product Management: architecture decisions, product integration with external systems, project planning and scheduling, and overall product management. - Software Quality: ensuring vendor purchased CRM software is installed and configured correctly and working with supporting vendor to fix any reported issues. - Production System Support: ensuring support instructions for production systems are documented, planning and installing necessary system monitors, and providing second tier support for production issues.
