Program Test Manager Contract - Dublin City Centre - 6mths+ - Financial Services Industry Job Description Be accountable for and take ownership of software testing initiatives for different projects managed out of EMEA or globally, with an offshore testing team and with business partners located globally. Responsible for planning, executing and managing testing programs/projects and managing the distributed Test Managers (required only when the model scales) and & Test Engineers. Required Skills 12+ years of quality assurance experience, with at least 5 years working in an onshore/offshore model and managing major program/multiple projects. Domain experience in payments, cards, banking and/or trade business will be needed. Must have strong analytical, investigative and coordination skills. Should have worked in a regional operating model with Matrix reporting and experience managing multiple clients. Experience with iterative development/testing practices such as Agile, RUP or test driven development. Expert skills in using Quality Center. Exposure to test automation and performance tools, like QTP, LoadRunner and Performance Center. Experience with Microsoft Office suite and MS Projects.
