We are currently recruiting for our Client based in Grangemouth Scotland for an INSTRUMENT/ELECTRICAL ENGINEER details as follows:- Project: Tank Remediation Project Duration:3 years Hours:40-45hrs on an average week Start Date:ASAP subject to successful interview Post Instrument/Electrical Engineer Description Instrument/Electrical Engineer required for contract position to join Tank Remediation Projects Team based in Grangemouth Qualification Minimum HNC/D in related subject. Ideally Degree qualified Experience Minimum 3 years experience in Petrochemical/ Oil and Gas or other related process industry Must be a self motivated team player and self-sufficient together with ability to work with minimal supervision and capable of identifying and developing project wide design deliverables with familiarity of the interpretation of appropriate national & international industry standards. Must be capable of I/E project scoping at all phases of project development from conceptual feed to detail design. Must be conversant with IEC 61511 Detailed E&I design for Hazardous areas including – Enclosure specification, cable containment segregation, and instrument and equipment specification. Specification of instrumentation with instrument vendors Previous tank farm, tank gauging, metering and storage/distribution experience would be beneficial.
