Home Care Sister
Castlerock Recruitment Group are currently recruiting experienced and competent Home Care Sisters who will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to a caseload of patients across complex care, therapies, oncology or any new service line introduced. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of a team. You will be expected to provide support, advice and coaching to colleagues to ensure your team delivers a high quality of care at all times. Key Skills: -Ability to communicate verbally and in written format at all levels. -Effective decision making, identifying and acting in the clients' best interests at all times. -Effective team player - respecting colleagues and promoting teamwork. -Ability to work unsupervised and off own initiative, whilst acknowledging own limitations -Phlebotomy, administration of intravenous therapies, venepuncture and cannulation Essential: -A minimum of 12 months post registration experience, including experience in community care -Hold current registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) -Committed to excellent service delivery -Car driver, with clean driving licence -Ability to work flexible hours Desirable: -IT skills, including word and excel In return we can offer: -Personal pension plan -Dedicated team to guide you through your registration -Free mandatory training -Weekly pay This post is subject to pre-employment and reference checks.
