Castlerock Recruitment Group are currently recruiting experienced and competent Clinical Support Workers to deliver a high standard of care to patients in their homes. The successful candidate will be the key worker for clients; this will involve identifying the clients' needs and discussing these further with the Home Care Nurse. You will be required to maintain clear and accurate care records, including management of sensitive and confidential information in line with Data Protection legislation.
