We are a fast growing gift / tableware company and as pre-Christmas time approaches we need some extra help in our Croydon based warehouse. Your everyday duties will mostly include PICKING and PACKING, so you have to be reasonably fit as there's a lot of walking and lifting involved. Good attention to detail needed so you can easily adapt to our stock coding system and pack everything tightly and securely. Other duties may include: - some data entry (invoicing via Sage, online collection booking); - labelling; - general warehouse help. Time & Money bit: We work 9.30-17.30 Mon-Thu and 9.30-16.00 on Fridays, so it all comes up to 37.5h a week with 1 hour for lunch a day - 32.5 hours paid at £7 an hour. Position available from early August till Xmas. It's going to be an extremely busy period, but as you'll be working with only two other guys (+ a few people in the office upstairs) there's no "big corporation/assembly line/xmas elf" feeling involved.
