The role: Cloud Services ISV Partnerships, Google Enterprise Google's line of products and services to clients never stops growing. Strategic Partner Managers have the unique opportunity to create a long-lasting relationship with our top partners. You renew existing partnerships, optimize deals and upscale potential opportunities. You cultivate these existing partnerships to make sure they can take full advantage of Google's ever-growing suite of offerings. You possess strong relationship-building skills and are apt to resolve contractual, technical and financial issues with partners in order to best represent our users, products and programs. As a leader in cloud computing, Google's Enterprise division delivers cloud services and other IT products to small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies. The Enterprise team is among the emerging new businesses that are becoming front-and-center for Google as it enters its second decade as a company. Cloud Computing is one of the major industry trends Google is well positioned to lead given its strengths in addressing large scale computing requirements. It is one of the key areas of focus for Google, with multiple services being launched. As the Cloud Services Partnerships Manager in Google Enterprise focused on partnerships, you will shape Googleas strategy, roadmap and business plan in Cloud. You will be responsible for the key areas of focus for Googleas Cloud Services initiatives, and engaged in multiple services being launched. The first of these will be Google Storage. You will work closely with the Sales team to drive the adoption of Googleas cloud infrastructure services with partners and their end customers. Finally, you will coordinate closely with a variety of internal organizations from product management to engineering to operations to help build the ecosystem of software and service partners for Googleas cloud offerings. Responsibilities: * Be responsible for achieving business targets for partner-driven business. * Build ecosystem of software and service partners (ISVs and SIs) for Googleas cloud infrastructure offerings. * Define customer-centric use cases for Google to target software and service partners (ISVs and SIs). * Shape Googleas strategy, roadmap and business plan with stakeholders like PM, Engg, Sales. * Evangelize Googleas strategy in key industry events & shape industry agenda and standards. Minimum qualifications: * 10 years experience, including 3 years in a partner development/management role. * BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant experience). * Strong experience in a partner or business development role at a broadcast, sporting body or digital company, in addition to compelling sales and business development skills. Preferred qualifications: * Ability to interpret legal documents, negotiate contracts and work with attorneys to complete agreements. * MBA or other advanced degree.
