Contractor Sourcing Application Time and Material (CSA T&M) is part of IBM e-Procurement system, which automates the IBM requirement of sub-contractors. IBM raises their sub-contractor requests in CSA and these requests are then distributed to the external suppliers. Suppliers submit the candidate/response against the CSA requests. IBM finalizes the candidate and fulfills their requirement with the suitable candidates. We may need to create a WS which should not only depend on one particular table update/insert/select or delete.
