CALL CENTRE WORK WITH A DIFFERENCE – HELP RAISE FUNDS FOR CHARITY We require confident and outgoing individuals to work in a call centre based in Brixton, London. The company fundraise for a variety of UK’s leading charities and NFP Organizations like the NSPCC, Cancer Research UK, St Mungo’s etc. Your role would be to contact supporters who have already expressed an interest in the charity and raise awareness about what they are trying to achieve. You will then ask if the supporter is interested in giving regularly to the charity. This is a telephone based fundraising role – you must be a confident communicator with an excellent command of the English language. Ideally you’re someone who loves to chat, positive and upbeat! You can build rapport easily, articulate and form a conversation with confidence and ease. You will be target driven and thrive under pressure. We want people who are passionate about fundraising for a variety of good causes and in return will offer a flexible, fun and social environment with bonuses attached to an hourly rate. This is a flexible role where you are in charge of booking in your shifts (see below). The hours to pick and choose from are listed below. BRIXTON: Shift pattern: Monday – Friday 1:00pm – 8:30pm or 5.00-8.30pm Saturday/Sunday 11:00am – 6:30pm (shifts 11.00-2.30 / 3.00-6.30) PLEASE NOTE: You MUST work a minimum of 21 hours a week. 3 weekend days per month (this can be split into 6 half shifts). / This is a temp to perm position. / You will be paid weekly in arrears. / Training is provided. / No experience necessary however previous experience in fundraising/call centre’s/target based environments is desired.
