Direct Care Works is a small but growing care company. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission so meet their standards. We provide workers to support disabled and elderly people in their own homes and in the community. This may include some personal care, cleaning laundry and other household tasks. As well as regular trips out into the community. This may invlove shopping or eating out, trips to the library as well as the pictures. You must be caring,flexible ,and empathetic to other people. Paid experience is not essential but some caring experience in your personal life is. We do not have full time ours must people work betweeen 10-15 hours per week. A car driver is essential as all of our work is in the County . You must have good language skills as communication is a key part of what we do.
