We are looking to develop a user portal for our company's mobile application and our partners. Our mobile application is used by 200K users and growing. We would like to partner with a Rail developer for such. Our initial phase of the project would involve the design and development of a new user web site with the following feature. 1) Registration process 2) A forum, blog type communication vehicle that encourage user to user interaction. 3) A general information area for our company to communicate to our users.
