Make history and become part of an amazing recruiting team. We need a Sr. Sourcing Recruiter to help bring to the next level by bringing in the best technical talent in the world. The Sr. Sourcing Recruiter will work with a small, yet established team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators. To be great in this role, you'll need to use your skills to create fantastic job postings, research, network with passive candidates, work closely with hiring managers and executives you support, and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest. It's a fast-paced role, on a fun and cohesive team. Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent research and hunting skills via internet, phone or other channels. Candidates will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree Experience building sourcing plans for a client group 5+ years recruiting experience Experience with online sourcing techniques and passive network focused recruiting in a high volume environment Preferred Qualifications: Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong mentoring skills preferred Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience a plus
