Kforce is seeking an Avaya Engineer (Network Manager/Telecom Manager) for a Lewisville, Texas Client. The Analyst will architect, design, implement, and support services for overall Avaya solutions and specializing in call center infrastructure. This position will be part of a team that will be selecting, designing, and implementing a CTI solution that will replace an aged Avaya Interaction Center platform. Specifics: Set the standards for the overall telecommunications and Call Center communication strategies Lead the development of innovation and strategic direction in application theories / principle concepts in voice network and call center design, configuration, administration, maintenance, and/or support Direct vendor management for hardware and software solutions Have the responsibility for providing oversight of the functionality and operational up-time of related technologies Establish infrastructure including software, hardware, network, and service requirements for projects Analyze problems, perform troubleshooting, communicate with site technicians and external vendors, and track problems through to resolution The selected Network Analyst must have the ability to document processes, procedures, and standards as well as the ability to audit; design, and manage the remediation plan. Manage the financial aspects related to the telecommunications yearly capital and operational budget items. Have the ability to provide business analytics including financial pro-formas to provide cost justification for key initiatives without micro-management from IT management to achieve success.
