Please bear in mind that ?I need an approximate quote?, we are currently bidding for funding. I need the following features: Admin Panel: ?User Management. Edit content on site such as adding pages and customising forms and profiles. Also, admins need to be able to access user uploaded files. ?User Profile: Users must be able to create a profile with information about them and add a profile picture. Profiles must be viewable by other members but can also be set to private. ?User Registration and Login: ?User must be able to register and login to an account. Integrates Facebook, Twitter and Google logins so users can log in with those accounts. ?User Dashboard: ? Split into 4 re-arrangeable modules. Module 1: Lastest user and system messages, Module 2: 3 latest blog post extracts from an RSS feed, Module 3: total site earnings (Defined by admin) with a button link to a page (Earnings). Module 4: Information portal featuring the 5 latest articles (RSS feed). Module 5: Contact details and links to FAQ's. ?User Messages: ?Users of the site must be able to send and recieve messages to other members. Must have a rich text editor in emails. ?Wiki Style Knowledge Base: ?Wiki style knowledge base with information on a variety of subjects. Editable by Admin. ?Additional pages: ?Pages can be added by the admin and admin can select whether to add to main menu and set viewing permissions. ?Earnings Page: ?Shows users their program earnings. The admin will set the earnings in the admin panel user management panel. At the bottom needs to be a withdraw button which will take them to a form (Fields editable by admin) Submit files: ?Form in which users can uploaded files and they'll automatically appear in admin panel.
