Develop a web application which allows local business owners to create web profiles with all their relevant business information, apply for re-entry placards, and print out placards for their workforce once approved. This portal will allow the Client's workforce to login, approve/reject applications, and set the Tier level of the placard each business will get. In addition, the Client will be able to export CSV files, which they can submit to Synchronist for upload into their database.
