You will also need to know how to install licensed Windows 2008 server images on it ( Web edition and Standard ), move Windows 2008 server images from one server to another, use KVM over IP to install windows XP and other windows licenses on the XEN servers. It is very important for the candidate to know how to port images from one XEN enabled server to another, servers might have different configurations ( Different CPU RAM Disk ). Again it is important that you know how to take the image from XEN server A to XEN server B, even if the server configs are totally different, the ported windows images that the clients use, MUST be functional when ported.
