Administrator / Receptionist – Excel / Word / Powerpoint We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator / Receptionist with excellent systems knowledge including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and email. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Administrator also covering Receptionist on our client’s site. The primary role of the Administrator / Receptionist will be to uphold the professional customer service, this position will offer support to First Line management in organising visits and administration duties. Key Responsibilities Taking internal & external customers enquiries by telephone & face to face Deal external post via Royal Mail and DHL whilst maintaining the Mail room Present welcoming reception area & European Product manager’s office Organize & coordinate site visits – catering/accommodation/booking & preparing the conference rooms Catering bookings – book, confirm & reconcile invoices Taxi & Airport runs – Book, confirm, receive and reconcile invoices Assist in travel arrangements including booking hotels, flights & airport pickups Provide Super-user support for GTR reporting Maintain internal & external telephone directory & internal communication records Maintain & approve internal room bookings Maintain & control centralised stationery ordering system Maintain booking logs & admin for vehicle hire both internally & external Provide administration support to HR & Finance in high volume periods Support facility in ad hoc administrative duties Maintain site notice and metric boards Key Skills & Attributes Excellent communication skills are essential Excellent customer interfacing skills Computer literate is a must Good planning and organisational ability Good interpersonal skills Efficient with a ‘can do’ attitude Professional presentation & approach This is a fantastic opportunity working for a market leading organisation, please apply for further detail.
