I need the "core" programming for an educational project. I don't know much about programming in general, nor how it works for flash. I need a sort of template, were I would put a background, some animations/interactions in this landscape, sort of "over simplified starcraft" or "cesar" or "age of empires". As said before, VERY simplified. Some FX would be basic. The atractiveness of the graphics, added to the visual and sound effects would be the hook of the project. Wich means, I have to know HOW to draw stuff( I am illustrator with animation experience) in order to the program deal properly with it. I can only pay 100 boxes But I am not greedy. If, things turns into a succes, I would credit and divide the income with the creator of the program. But the program must be tailored for this project. Keywords: Flash, ActionScript
