Medacs QSW Team are currently recruiting for 2 SEN personal advisers to work in the Special Educational Needs team in Bedfordshire. The contracts are initially for 9-12 months with a view to extend and become full-time. You will be expected to work with managers to help their case loads of work and work within a busy special educational team. Knowledge of child protection and key legislation Substantial practical experience in working with children or families in SW / Education Welfare or other relevant sector. Significant direct experience of working with children and families in a statutory setting. Proven knowledge of child care development and impact of abuse & neglect You must hold a valid UK Social work qualification, have up to date GSCC registration and have at least 12 months UK experience.
