This application will be proprietary and will require a confidentiality agreement. The app will become our property entirely. The application will have the following basic requirements: - industry standard languages such as MS Visual Studio. - app to be hosted internally on our company server. No cloud requirement. - prefer traditional app interface however open to web based interface if features are suitable and price is suitable - secure encrypted login to SQL server (or NTLM based) - role based security that limit users functionality within app. eg read only, setup users, confirm data passed criteria - forms to generate templates for data input - forms to accept user input - total forms estimated at 10-15 - live extraction of name/address data via ODBC from UNIX based database - validation of user input versus templates. ie: does the user inputted data fall within the range of accepted values defined in the templates - report generation - user activity logging - preference for keyboard centric data entry. ie: minimal mouse use. - ability to customise reports (ideas welcome) - ability to store original scanned images of data linked with inputted data - PHASE 2 option for web interface for customer to access limited data, ability for customers to reset their passwords
