Infrastructure Project Manager We are urgently recruiting for an Infrastructure Project Manager for my leading Financial Services client based in Dorset. You will be responsible for: - Leading the implementation of key Infrastructure projects across a variety of technologies in line with business objectives. - Managing projects directly related to the transition to a new operating model including networks, telephony, servers, applications and desktops. - Providing risk management and project governance in relation to all projects being delivered. - Contributing to structured project planning to ensure successful delivery. - Projects may include desktop migrations, WAN installations, infrastructure builds and enterprise-scale database installations Suitable candidates must have the following experience: - Demonstrable experience of project managing major Infrastructure projects within a Financial Services environment. - Experience of delivering infrastructure projects relating to Greenfield systems implementations including migrations. - Understanding of SOA-type enterprise architectures. - Any experience of RFP/RFI’s and commercial contract service level reviews would be advantageous. - Good experience of dealing with third party vendors. - Superb communication and stakeholder management skills.
