The role will be based in a NOC (Network Operations Centre) working with prestigious clients and market leading blue chip companies managing faults and other technical escalations. CCNP/Voice CCVP Experience in Cisco CallManager 4.X CUCM 5.X,6.X, 7.X and 8.x The role will see the CCVP/IPT Engineer/Cisco Voice Engineer/CCVP Voice and UC/CCVP UC/Voice and Unified Comms engineer provide support to 2nd / 3rd line level Any experience with Routing and Switching would be a distinct advantage Based in Berkshire Market rate 3 month rolling contract based in Berkshire.
