You must be very reliable, hard working and be able to work on all sections to a good level. * The successful Chef de Partie will be working alongside the Head & Sous Chef * Expected to assist with preparation for meals and getting ready for service * As Chef de Partie you can expect to run a section with full control with regards ordering & menu development * Have good working practices in health & safety, whilst Food Safety & Hygiene Regulations knowledge is preferred * Assisting with the training of commis chefs & other junior team members This hotel has many exciting features, including full leisure facilities, 100 bedrooms & rosette fine dining The location is both modern & classic with an offering of state-of-the-art for leisure & conference The hotel is award winning and being a very strong conference, banqueting and wedding venue, with a high standard of fine dining Chef de partie must be able to demonstrate good skills & awareness of current business standards Full accommodation available All positions advertised are for immediate start unless otherwise stated.
