Duties/Description Responsible for administration of Servers in multiple Production and non-production environments: Includes set-up and configuration of WCM on Servers Responsible for back-up and recovery practices Responsible for implementing & maintaining usage analysis and content syndication Responsible for defining and implementing standard best practices, and communicating Opportunities for improvement to Management Administer portal content including create/edit pages, custom workflows, manage security Perform performance tuning and ensure that business SLAs are met Responsible for design, creation and implementation of custom portlets Manage the security and access controls along with monitoring and reporting requirements Work with business to govern the authoring and development of taxonomy and its associated content around the established guidelines Responsible for implementing and maintaining search services, including defining search scopes. Responsible for defining and implementing best use practices, and communicating with key stakeholders best use scenarios. Required Skills/Experience 3+ years of experience with IBM Web Content Management technology and 1+ year of experience on Oracles UCM technology In depth experience with WebSphere Portal Server, WebSphere Application Server and Web Content Management installation, maintenance and administration Migration experience from Oracles UCM to IBMs WCM repository is highly desirable Detailed knowledge on the usage of the APIs provided by WCM to develop customized functionality Good understanding of content management concepts, terminology, and challenges associated with managing web site content, shared environments, and multiple delegated contributors Demonstrated proficiency in the use of following: WCM, UCM, Websphere Portal Server, Websphere Application Server, Unix or LDAP Desired Skills Experience/exposure on or more of these ECM technologies such as IBM BPM (Lombardi), Adobe LiveCycle, FileNet or Kofax Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies in a short period of time Good team player who can perform well as per the needs of the projects Excellent communication skills This position is on site five days a week.
