Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Process Analyst/Business Metrics Analyst (Entry Level) for a contract assignment with one of our premier technology clients in Research Triangle Park, NC. As a Global Services Process Analyst/Business Metrics Analyst you participate in providing project management services for internal operational programs from initiation through delivery. This is an entry-level professional position where you will be building your skills and knowledge in project management while you contribute as part of a cross- functional team. The NGS professionals act in the role of in-house consultants and manage all processes and systems relevant to the successful completion of internal services/support goals including: review of user, technical and logistical requirements, identifying tasks, assigning and coordinating resources, and creating/tracking project schedules. This is a challenging position with the opportunity to work collaboratively with professionals in a number of Service functions, with a focus on developing and documenting service delivery improvement projects. Education & Experience: * A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred. * A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience is required. * Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex technical tasks. * Experience with pivot tables, data analysis and metrics development using MS Excel, eBI and other metrics/reporting tools * Experience with databases and data analysis is desirable. * Experience with Agile and revision control is desirable.
