Project Manager / Site Agent � Civil Engineering London / M25 Our client is a well established civil engineering main contractor. They work throughout the south east and London. Their work focuses on groundworks and infrastructure with highways and bridges from time to time. They are currently searching for a project manager / site agent based in or around The M25 for works within London and the home counties. The ideal candidate will have worked in a main contracting environment and successfully managed multiple projects in the following sectors: Highways Residential and commercial infrastructure RC Structures Hard Landscaping All types of Drainage (Concrete, Clay, Plastic and Ductile Iron) All types of foundations In this role you will be responsible for projects from conception to completion. Duties in the role will include the following- � Assisting with initial pricing and programming at tender stage. � Assisting with site supervision. � Solving site based problems. � Assisting Quantity Surveyors with valuations and variations. � Preparing site files inc H&S, QA and Correspondence. � Monitoring site H&S, Quality and Environmental Performance. � Attending site meetings with Client. � Chairing internal site team meetings. � Delivering contracts on time and within budget. Salary 45,000 to �50,000 plus car / car allowance, pension and health care
