SAP CRM Functional Consultant French, Dutch Speaking �At least 3 - 5� Years of SAP CRM functional experience� and 1 year at least with CRM 7.0 �Sound knowledge of SAP CRM�� module for utilities covering Interaction Centre Management, Customer Contact Management, Service Request Management, Complaint Management, Move in Move out, Customer Contract Management. �Implementation experience based� on CRM 7.0 or higher packs. �Sound knowledge on CRM integration of Back End ISU processes such as Installment plan, Payment scheme, Manage Payments, Manage Meter reads, Dunning etc. �Hands on experience on Managing CRM Contract management solution using latest technology of CRM 7.0 based on guided process. �The candidate should possess good knowledge of Business Master data eg business partner, contract, contract accounts and Technical Master data eg connection object, device, device location, premise, installation, connection etc. Candidate should have details knowledge about IBase management and its use to create master data from CRM �Good knowledge about CRM Products, Organization management, Business Transaction Management, Offer Management process. �Good knowledge Master Data Template. �Ability to map user requirements to SAP functionality �Strong problem solving and analytical skills and ability to make balanced, independent decisions. �Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills and good interaction with the team members. �At least 3- 5 years of experience of deploying and supporting SAP CRM solution for utilities including at least 1 -2 end-to-end full life cycle implementation/activities.� �Experienced in End to End Implementations, Rollouts, Custom/Product Development, Enhancements, Testing, Production support/User Issues, Documentation and End User Training. �Experience in Business Process, Blue Printing, Configuration, Unit & Integration testing, Migration, Training, Documentation & production Support. �Good knowledge in preparing Functional specifications for CRM developments �Must have interacted with the end users to understand the process flow and suggested improvements and worked effectively across technical teams to ensure communication and co-ordination of the solution and its delivery. �Must understand how to integrate data from multiple sources systems with SAP �Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. �Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written) �Experience with SAP CRM 7.0 atleast in 1 project and using old version of CRM projects in 2-3 projects. �Extensive experience in OSS notes research and Implementation.
