JOB OVERVIEW This individual will be supporting the bank online broker services interfaces and other projects within this group as assigned. Day to day, this individual will be responsible for overall project oversight, coordinating all technology around these projects, working with business side project managers to collect requirements, execute test plans project plans. Will continue to support other projects as well. There will be no direct budget management in this role, however, they must be able to understand financials and keep them on track. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate will have previous banking experience as a PM. They will have come from a large banking environment, with large project management, strong communication & presentation skills. We really need someone to be assertive and be able to keep projects on track. TOP TECHNICAL MUST HAVE SKILLS · Financial services background is a must. · 6-8 years’ experience Technology PM. (no business experience) · Data conversion and integration knowledge. · MS Office (Project and Visio) · Leadership · SDLC process. · Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. SOFT SKILLS This candidate will need to be assertive, have extremely strong communication skills and be able to work between several different diverse groups. They will need to work between technology and business. Ability to present at and lead meetings within this group. TEAM CULTURE & SUCCESS PROFILE They will be working with a very geographically disbursed team. Someone that has experience here will do well in this role. They teams will be mainly in Portland and NJ. We are really looking for a seasoned PM; someone that can be very diplomatic in working with the business line. LOCATION: This PM can sit remotely. They will need to travel to an office periodically, however this is just for occasional meetings. Ideally the candidate is a local to NJ; however, they can also be based in the New England/NY areas as well.
