*Payroll Administrators* 4 excellent opportunities have arisen working for a Leading Business & Technology Service Company for Payroll Administrators. The Payroll Administrators are responsible for providing administration support to the Payroll service delivery teams ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with client's Service Level Agreements and Contracts. The Payroll Administrator will report to the Payroll Manager responsible for their payroll team. Key duties will be to: * Ensure that all data keying and checking is completed accurately and on time. According to agreed schedules * Completion of all filing and archiving on a monthly basis. * Develop and maintain good working relationships with the service teams and third party client contacts and when appropriate the client and their employees. * Ensure that all incoming and outgoing post is distributed within an agreed timeframe, and in line with audit requirements. Respond to and resolve employee or third party queries within timescales defined within the relevant client's SLA * Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and working practices, escalating to the Payroll Manager where further training is required * Responsible for advising the Payroll Manager of any potential workload or service issues * Assisting with training and support for new admin team members * Record time and expenses (if incurred) accurately within the published divisional timetable These roles are for initially 12 months with a likely HOOD of them turning into Permanent roles -Contributory Pension scheme, with company contribution up to 8% or Home Purchase Scheme; -Life assurance up to 4 times salary; -Paid holiday -Private Medical insurance; -Salary Continuation in sickness; -Health Screening; -Share Schemes. hy-phen Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
