They will perform tests and work on remediation of issues. Required Skills: Proficient in EXCEL Able to make final decisions on modifications to borrowers Able to effectively communicate with various LOBs Cross training for PDF validation review, Rolling GO process as well as the QC Coordinator role Become knowledgeable in all Perm Mod products and have the ability to work on any product as a QC Coordinator as well as review and validate sample PDFs at any given time Meet department SLA for decisioning files Mortgage background Applies business and technical knowledge in determining end-to-end design requirements for projects involving line of business 4 year degree with strong written and verbal communication skills Minimum 4 years experience Ability to focus on detail and document functional requirements Strong Microsoft Office skills are required Positive attitude; excellent work ethics and teamwork; ability to focus on details; fast and accurately deliver timely modification Flexible to accommodate working late and week-ends on a short notice Desired Skills: SQL, Project management
