The Reporting Analyst will write, maintain, document, and catalog reports for PeopleSoft AP, Concur, Remedy, Treasury Workstation, and PeopleSoft HCM activity for Business Unit operational and financial management, Corporate Planning & Reporting, Corporate Tax, TGS Management and staff, and state, local, and federal agencies. The reports are used to analyze and report financial transactions, vendor history and spending, internal processing statistics, sales tax accruals/payments, cash flow analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, tax transactions (including no-limit and taxable gross wages, and taxes withheld or expensed), and other headcount/salary related information as needed. Main Duties: Participate in process improvement and system/software implementation projects Assist with creating requirements, developing and testing the solutions Participate in system upgrades and other periodic updates and implementations Train other users as needed Reporting Analyst Qualifications: BA/BS and 3-5 years experience in accounting, finance, or MIS 4 years reporting experience in PeopleSoft (8.0 or higher) using query, Crystal, Nvision, SQL, and SQR reporting tools, or equivalent payroll/accounts payable functional/technical experience Advanced Excel and Access skills Basic understanding of data, process, or business modeling, and basic understanding of network systems hardware and software PeopleSoft training or certification a plus
