Jr. Architect for Code Governance Role Requirement: 8-10 years of hands on software development experience with Java/J2EE web technologies • Experience with user interface design and front end technologies (HTML, XHTML, CSS , Java script , AJAX, YUI) • Experience with web technologies and MVC frameworks (J2EE, MVC , Webservices, Spring) • Exceptional Java application performance tuning and diagnostic skills • Experience with Weblogic application server • Working knowledge of Oracle relational database development. • Experience in designing Enterprise Applications and high-level architectural designs. • Experience in modeling solutions with UML and UML tools • Knowledge of java profiling tools like Jprobe • Understanding of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development is required • Ability to effectively operate within diverse and cross-functional groups. • Must have excellent communication skills along with good problem solving capabilities and Analytical Skills • Demonstrated success with working effectively with technical team and project managers Roles and Responsibilities : • Provide architectural review and solutions for highly complex multi tier, high end application with complex SOR interface • Perform Code Review & provide recommendations to development team. • Knowledge of automated code review tools like sonar, check style, PMD, find bug , Fortify etc • Help define roadmap for code quality improvement. • Provide governance on design and code review process • Application performance fine tuning and web application security standards. • Perform application profiling and Analyze JProbe findings, identify potential memory leaks & provide recommendations to AES development team • Help development team to identify & fix performance bottlenecks • Participate in project meeting and represent technical team in status, issue discussion, etc Keywords: Software Development
