I need someone to correctly fill out form W-3, and W-2 so we can give to our employees. We had three employees at that time. Attached tare the payroll information. All payroll taxes have been paid. We merged with another company Q2 2011 and did all payroll on that TIN and forgot about Q1 2011 for old company. I left out our TIN and SSN for employees for security and would like to fill that info in myself when I file these forms. Thank you.
