Job Summary Working closely with worldwide Marketing Programs teams and external vendors, the Marketing Program Support Specialist temporary contractor will be responsible for monitoring the quality and support of activities being handled by vendors on a daily basis in support of Marketing Programs activities. The Marketing Program Support specialist will provide daily customer support to Marketing Programs team and the Marketing Program Support team, escalating issues as needed, and assisting with ad hoc projects relating to Marketing Programs. The person must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This position requires experience and expertise with detail oriented and deadline driven work. Responsibilities Act as a daily liaison with vendor(s), monitor daily activities and ensure that established SLAs are met · This is done via phone calls, instant-messenger programs, and email · Execute ad hoc projects as required, including: Data clean ups in our CRM system (Siebel), coordinate content collection from worldwide marketing departments, analysis and task tracking within Microsoft Excel · Assist with collecting metrics and completing analysis · Support the Marketing Operations team with project tasks Required Skills: Qualifications · Bachelor degree · At least 3 years of business experience · Strong organizational skills and detail oriented · Strong written and oral communication skills Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel · Excellent ability to communicate, coordinate, and work with cross-functional teams · Ability to follow specific and time critical work processes · Experience working in a Marketing environment a plus · Familiarity with CRM system a plus Apply Online About Adecco North America Adecco is a Fortune Global 500 company and the world leader in workforce solutions.
