Sales Operations Program Coordinator
The Sales Operations Program Coordinator is focused on the rapid execution, deployment and on-going support of online stores. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, single point of contact for store setup and registration, non-standard pricing implementation, and support. Institution Store Support: Handle routine local data issues and the teams supporting Online Stores for Education, Enterprise, Government, and Reseller divisions. Maintain relationships with the sales teams to ensure successful implementation of online stores and ordering in their respective accounts. Escalate and track data related issues including product transitions, pricing and product issues/escalations. Assign and manage special products as needed. Individual Store Support: Daily management of the Custom Stores for personal purchases including store creation and updates to various tools. Support product transitions, pricing and product issues/escalations. Act as the single point of contact for communicating store operational issues and resolving support issues. Work closely with Program Managers to implement strategic sales programs through the Custom Stores platform. Requirements: Excellent communications skills - written and verbal Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills Customer-focused, detailed oriented Must be self-starter, with leadership skills to effectively manage customer issues Ability to work with cross functionally to resolve escalations and aptitude to learn applications quickly Knowledge of e-business technologies and methodologies MS Excel, SAP, and Keynote proficiency Customer Service experience required Normally requires a BS/BA degree plus 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent. Prior experience with supporting web and e-commerce related programs a plus. This position is part time, approximately 24-29 hours a week.
