I want to create a 20 inch figurine of the Marilyn Monroe statue that was on display in Chicago. Attached are pictures of the statue. I'm looking for a replica of the statue with all parts made out of plastic, except for the skirt, which will be made out of a material that can "be blown in the wind". so, imagine a huge fan blowing air at the figurine.
