This is an animated video (cartoon) that explains how a software works. It's a software created for law enforcement to help with randomized alcohol and drug testing. We need a female voice, middle age. The voice-over needs to be very informal, almost relaxed-conversational. If you go to YouTube and type in Grumo animation, you'll see examples of the style of animation/audio we're trying to achieve. The demo is 1 minute, 30 seconds. I need this fairly quickly. You do not need to match the audio to the animation. I will adjust the animation to work with your audio. We will be adding sound effects and music to you voiceover, but that will be done on our end.
