I need a Wordpress/web computer tech with enough expertise to get me through some technical issues. Useful help from the tech support crew on the internet has been hit or miss and I'm really in a crunch here. I'm in the process of setting up a new web account with a web hosting service using their Cpanel Getting Started Wizard. In order to help me, you must be knowledgeable enough to decipher and correct Windows 7 errors such as this one after an attempted download from the web hosting service site: There was a problem connecting to the WebDisk service. Please make sure ports 2078 (SSl) and 2077 are not firewalled. I have tried to open those ports on my computer but that has failed to make any difference. I need someone with expertise getting through these kinds of issues. After you straighten things out and get me set up with my new web account, I could use an hour tutorial on the basics of Wordpress just to get me started.
